Looking for some family fun this weekend? Look no further, here's a rundown of some area happenings!
- Friday August 1st from 4:30-10pm the city of Harrisburg will be hosting Cultural Fest. The fest is being held at 2nd and Market street and admission is free! There will be music, ethnic foods, a kids corner and more! For more information visit http://dauphincounty.org
- Continuing through August 2nd, the Marysville Carnival opens at 6pm Friday and Saturday. This carnival features free nightly entertainment, food and over 70 rides and games. Admission is free. Fireworks will take place Friday night at 11pm. The carnival is located along routes 11 & 15 in Marysville.
- Saturday August 3rd, Adventure Park in Mechanicsburg is hosting Family Movie Night beginning at 6pm. Admission is free! Bringing a blanket or chair is recommended. The Lego Movie will be played. For more info visit http://adventureparkandplayground.com
- The movies playing at Haar's Drive In in Dillsburg this weekend (August1st-3rd) are Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain America The Cold Winter Solider. For more info visit http://haars.com
